7. Payments & Withdrawals

Processing Period: Approved withdrawal requests are processed within three (3) business days, Monday through Friday.
Profit Withdrawals: Users may request withdrawals of eligible profits at any time, without a minimum withdrawal threshold, subject to verification and processing procedures.
7.2. Principal Withdrawal Rules
Lock-In Conditions: The initial deposit (principal capital) remains locked during the active investment term and becomes eligible for withdrawal only after the account reaches 100% cumulative profit (100% ROI).
Principal Withdrawal: Once the 100% profit milestone is achieved, users become eligible to withdraw their initial deposit along with any remaining eligible profits, subject to applicable platform procedures.
8. About Your Investment
To support platform liquidity, operational stability, and long-term sustainability, principal capital remains active in the investment strategy until the account reaches the specified 100% ROI milestone.
This structure is intended to support continued profit generation while allowing eligible profits to be withdrawn according to these Terms.
9. Ownership & Rights
All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, content, and other platform materials belong to VeltrixEarn or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
10. Our Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VeltrixEarn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from platform use, service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11. Account Suspension
VeltrixEarn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, or platform security requirements, subject to applicable law.
